About Me
As a junior from Montgomery, Alabama, I am eager to pursue my passion for equestrian at the collegiate level. I compete in the 3’6″ junior hunters and equitation rings where I have received numerous championships and top placings. I qualified and competed at my first 3’6″ medal final, Gladstone Cup, where I was just shy of the cut off. Additionally, I am also an avid member of my school’s IEA team where I was Champion at Nationals in 2023 where I placed first over fences and second on the flat.
Outside of the saddle, I spend six days a week at the barn as a working student helping muck stalls, turn out, feed and assist my trainer with anything she may need. At shows, I help pack the trailer and assist with the set up. While I enjoy being in the saddle and competing, I am very passionate about spending time taking care of the horses outside of the saddle as well.
Riding on a collegiate equestrian team would allow me to continue my passion while fostering teamwork and camaraderie. I believe with my IEA team experience and dedication to horses and sport, I would be a valuable asset to any team.
